Read below to find out what your first steps are to get ready to enter the classroom and take your first drawing lesson.

Confirmation email
A confirmation email has been sent to your email address. In the attachment is your registration confirmation where you will find the details of your registration (who is registered, class, dates of the live meetings, price, etc.).
First instalment payment
We will shortly send you an invoice to your email address for the first instalment payment, which is a pre-condition for successful enrolment in the e-Drawing School.
Your first steps to joining an e-school
We can't wait to start our journey together with you. Before we get started, check out the following steps:
Step 1 - The correct class
The child is automatically assigned to CLASS 1 and the appropriate group according to his/her age:
- GROUP 1 - 6-8 years old,
- GROUP 2 - 9-11 years old and
- GROUP 3 - 12-18+ years old
You can also send your child's drawings to our email address [email protected] so that we can assess his/her knowledge and, if necessary and with your prior consent, place him/her in a higher group.
Step 2 - Join the DISCORD channel
All our communication with students takes place in a safe, closed community on DISCORD, where I invite you to sign up HERE.
IMPORTANT!!! If you are going to enroll yourself or a child in Discord, please note that you must be 16 years of age or older to avoid being denied access.
Step 3 - Join a Facebook group
Join the Facebook group THE MAGIC ARTISTS.
You can start there by writing a post introducing yourself and telling us what you enjoy most about drawing. Then you can post your or your child's drawings in the group to get all the information you need about drawing and to meet other drawing enthusiasts.
Step 4 - Acquire drawing supplies
For the drawing lesson itself, the child needs nothing more than a pencil (preferably 2B), paper (a pad or individual A4 or A3 sheets - the bigger the better), an eraser (preferably a kneading eraser - they sell them in art shops and paper shops).
SCHEDULE - Let's get started!
The school year starts on Monday September 18, 2023 and ends on Friday June 21, 2024.
VIDEO LESSONS
Video lessons will be uploaded every week on Monday by 12 noon in your profile in the online classroom of the Drawing Room https://ucilnica.risarnica.si.
You will receive a special email shortly with a link to the page where you can set your password. I recommend that you do this as soon as you receive this message. This is also a prerequisite for you to be able to participate in the live lessons with the teacher.
LIVE LESSONS WITH A TEACHER
You will find the dates of your weekly live lesson in the attachment. You can change your chosen date at a later date until the start of the drawing school. Of course, this depends on whether there are still places available in the term you want.
The selected date is for information only. The groups will be finalised by September 11, 2023. Children registered during the pre-registration period (until June 30, 2023) will be given priority in the selection of the term. You can change your preferred date by emailing us at [email protected] by September 8, 2023.
In case there are less than 6 children registered for the selected term, we will place your child together in another group that suits you.
We will send you a link to the video conference to your email on the day of the live lesson.
All lessons with the teacher are recorded and will be available to you during the week.
